Is is a Spine Fixation System Intended for use as a pedicle Screw fixation or as an Anterolateral lateral spine fixation system.

The 4.5 MM Polyaxial screw is indicated for degenerative disc disease (defined as discogenic back pain with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies). Levels of fixation are for the Thoracic, Lumbar and Sacral spine.
